From my good friend Jennifer Johnstone – Mix a whole package of ground turkey breast with 2 eggs, little seasoning, some blue cheese crumbles and 2 oz of cream cheese (reduced fat) then roll into meatballs. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Then remove the meatballs, dunk them into Frank's wing sauce and bake them again for 12 more minutes. Then, drizzle with ranch dressing.
